About The Facilitator:
Adele’s yoga journey started 15 years ago and it was her mom, who runs successful Iyengar Yoga family business.
Yoga world got her totally and she wanted to be part of the family business as well. To help her also professionally she did her first yoga teacher certificate. Her vast experience helped her from the beginning and worked as inspiration anytime she needed.
She gained great knowledge of Iyengar adjustment and pranayama techniques that she used not only in her classes, but also in her own daily practice. From her personal opinion, proper and meaningful adjustment, suitable modification and alignment are the essentials for asana practice.
