About The Facilitator:
My wellness and lifestyle transformation journey began two decades ago in Slovakia, where I first became a certified Massage Therapist. Shortly thereafter, I expanded my expertise by earning certifications in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, including Facial Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Anti-Cellulite Massage Specialization.
This journey took me across Europe and eventually to Egypt, where I spent seven enriching years before moving to the UAE. Throughout my career as a Massage Therapist, I often encountered injuries stemming from incorrect training techniques. This experience fueled my desire to deepen my knowledge, leading me to become a certified Personal Trainer in Gym Instruction (Level 2) and Personal Training (Level 3). During this period, I also recognized the critical need to include the elderly and those with neurological disorders in an active lifestyle. To better serve this community, I became a certified Trainer for Clients with Neurological Conditions.
As my path evolved, I discovered the transformative power of yoga. Captivated by its ancient wisdom, I became a certified 500-hour Yoga Instructor, mastering various styles. My passion for yoga led me to understand the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle among children and youth, inspiring me to become a certified Kid’s Yoga Instructor. My commitment to holistic wellness and community service further motivated me to obtain specialized certifications in Yoga for Women’s Health Issues (addressing conditions such as PCOS, post-hysterectomy recovery, post-C-section care, PMS, post-menopausal support, urinary incontinence, and more) as well as Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
