Cleansing pranayama: Annie will guide you through a series of pranayama practices that will focus on increasing our intuition, shifting from a nervous state to one of harmony, as well as lifting our vibration from fear to freedom.
Qi Gong flow: Qi gong is a subtle practice that helps to circulate our blood flow, increase internal awareness, and balance the nervous system. After practice, you’ll feel a new sense of calmness while feeling energized physically and mentally. As well, after practicing Qi Gong, you’ll feel more connected with your feelings and thoughts throughout the day.
Detox Yin Yoga: Are you ready to go on a journey of self-discovery…
Settling down and melting the tension in your body as you relax into a meditative Yin Yoga session. This easy practice is designed to invigorate your body and open it to feelings you’ve never experienced before. Feelings of complete relaxation. Yin Yoga provides an opportunity to heal the mind and body by diving deep into the roots of your tension, stress and unease.
Yoga Nidra:Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. The ultimate state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from our outer experiences. You will be guided to relax your body deeply while the mind remains alert. You’ll also embark upon guided visualizations. It’s at this point that the magic starts to happen as you drop deeper and deeper into those brain waves states.
Self-Massage and body acupressure: In self-massage and acupressure, we will perform a sequence that will invigorate our Qi (energy) as well as releasing stiff muscle knots. Often our unresolved emotions (fear, sadness, anger…etc) are embedded in our tight muscles. Through self-massage and acupressure points, we could also let go of all the unnecessary emotions that may be burdening our spirit. In this sequence, you’ll learn different acupressure points based on the Chinese meridians theory and self-massage techniques from the Nuad Thai tradition (Thai massage).
