Why Detox Before Iftar?
Fasting is a natural detox for the body, but incorporating gentle movement and deep breathing before Iftar can amplify its benefits. Twisting poses and mindful breathwork stimulate the digestive system, enhance circulation, and promote relaxation, preparing your body to receive nourishment in the best possible way.

My wellness and lifestyle transformation journey began two decades ago in Slovakia, where I first became a certified Massage Therapist. Shortly thereafter, I expanded my expertise by earning certifications in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
As my path evolved, I discovered the transformative power of yoga. Captivated by its ancient wisdom, I became a certified 500-hour Yoga Instructor, mastering various styles. Beyond my extensive certifications, I hold an engineering degree in Ecology and Environmentalism, earned over five years of dedicated study at a university in Slovakia.
