The New Moon represents New Beginnings, but also stands symbolically for our dark sides, negative thoughts or shadows.
During this New Moon Cacao Ceremony we will journey to the depths of our psyche, understand and integrate our shadows to empower ourselves to move into a new cycle with acceptance and wisdom.
Life has it’s ups and downs and the moments of darkness are followed by the light just like the cycles of the Moon. The Cacao Elixir will assist in the process of addressing those cycles with love and compassion, connecting us with the wisdom of nature and guiding us to heal and find unity within.
The sounds and frequencies of crystal blows, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, rattles, and other healing instruments will assist with expansion of consciousness, alignment and deep integration of the practice.

Neli Merris is a passionate Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Alchemist, Vibrational Energy Healer, Raw Vegan Advocate and a Holistic Health Coach.
The Yogic philosophy and practice helped her changed her entire life – from leaving a toxic personal relationship and changing her diet, to resigning from a corporate job and diving fully into the world of freedom and expansion.
Sound healing came into her life through the desire to bring the Yoga experience to the next level – the breathwork, movement and relaxation to become more deep, profound and impactful.
