Today’s lifestyle has a huge impact on the health of our backs and posture. As a result to that we need to prioritize giving the time and attention to invest in their health in terms of knowledge, movement and exercise.
We will kick off with a short pilates talk about what is posture and how does it make life easier, then we will explore assessing it and understanding how to unease any unevenness we experience.
Then we will explore in depth how it is structured and divinely put in place through the popular pilates exercises like: the Roll-down, the Swan Prep, Spine Stretch Forward, Butterfly, and many more. We will use props to enhance your experience like the soft ball and foam rollers as well.
Alongside this exploration journey we will learn why to lower back pain attacks in very bad times and what to do about it.
This is a journey for you to learn more about the health of your back and posture and to dive in into your own beauty!
All you need is to show up with a mat, a pen and a notebook to write down your thoughts on this new experience and just as Joseph Pilates said: you are as young as your spine!

About the facilitator:
Dalal is a nutritionist and a mat Pilates instructor based in Abu Dhabi.
She loves helping ladies become aware of their core and love their bodies through mat Pilates and is willing to take her classes to the next level with pre and post-natal Pilates as well.
She also loves to help ladies set a healthy mind-gut connection to boost their mental and spiritual health through food and lifestyle.
